The Makerere University Research and Innovations Fund (Mak-RIF) is pleased to share Issue 5 of the Mak-RIF Bi-Annual Bulletin, highlighting the achievements jointly made by the Fund and our researchers during the first half of the 2025/2026 Financial Year.

Key achievements include generating critical research evidence to inform public policy and practice, advancing research uptake and commercialization through strategic partnerships and dissemination engagements, and the launch of a national knowledge-sharing platform designed to connect research, policy, industry, and community needs.
